In the meantime, they should update their mail forwarding so that any mail gets sent to their new address. However, even if they miss the Form I-130 approval notice, their NVC Welcome Letter will be emailed to both the sponsor and the spouse seeking a green card and their case status will be updated once they’ve been approved.
